1. Clarity & Confirmation
Define the organizational identity with precision. She clarified the mission of her organization in one specific sentence, identified the primary population she serves, and mapped the core transformation the organization is designed to produce. She also outlined the event structure: what an event looks like, what it includes, and what the attendee experiences from arrival to close.
2. Direction & Structure
Connect her first book to the organization and the organization to a growing audience. She identified how the book served as the entry point into the community and built the promotional bridge between the two. She mapped the speaking opportunities that were most aligned with her message: churches, women's conferences, community organizations, and mental health platforms. She pitched at least three speaking engagements that would put her in front of her target audience.
3. First Move
Execute the first fully structured event under the new framework. This was not a test run. It is a proof of concept with intentional design, curated speakers, a defined theme, and a clear CTA to help attendees stay connected to the organization. The deliverable was an event that reflected the full vision, produced documented testimonials, and established the standard for everything that followed.
