2. Direction & Structure

Built the foundation of her speaking presence. We developed a one-page speaker sheet, recorded a short platform video that demonstrated her presence, and identified five to ten speaking opportunities in her immediate environment: church, community organizations, professional associations, and internal company events. 3. First Move

She had to secure one speaking engagement outside of her employer. That could be a conference, a professional organization event, a panel, or a community platform.
